Galway Summer Rally 27 August 2017

Sean Liston/Katrina Walsh Liston BMW E30 2nd in class 13 and 14th overall
Katrina said after the event "Very happy with our run in Galway Summer. Took it far too cautious in the first loop of stages but we grew a pair in the second loop and moved up 16 places and were trading times with first in class. Delighted with second in class and 14th overall on tough stages and demanding conditions. Very enjoyable rally, just a pity we were asleep early on. That's probably us now for the year, we'll more than likely park our Beemer up for the rest of the year, at least there's not a scratch on her, nice way to have it. Thanks a mill to our sponsors Derek Walsh Camper Centre, HKC Security and Wheelfix.ie. Thanks a mill to our great service crew McConnell Motorsport. And thanks very much to Galway Motor Club for a very well run event."
